  • Kickstarter Group Program: January, April, July, and October start dates. 4 wk Course + 1 week in our regular classes! M-W-at 7pm and Friday at 6pm.
  • Fast Track Introduction: Start ASAP. 4 Personal Training sessions with a certified coach + 2 weeks in our regular classes.
