We believe at CrossFit Sopo Germantown that nutrition is the foundation for fitness. Starting in our Kickstarter Challenge course we will guide you in discovering how to make healthy choices. In the 6 week course you will receive nutrition challenges that will test your behavior and habits outside of the gym. I do not believe in food plans because they are NOT sustainable, yet what is sustainable is knowledge and experience. As you prepare for our daily classes you will learn tips and tricks to become the HEALTHIEST version of yourself.
Our guidance doesn’t stop in the beginner course. For our members we offer detailed and personal nutrition plans that WORK. These plans require accountability and communication as well as daily hard work. If you have a specific goal for weight loss, weight gain, or performance gain we will help you reach your goals.
