Kids CAMP 2023
June 19th-23rd is for ages 9-11 yrs old
This camp is for the child who is looking to become more coordinated, stronger, more athletic, and confident. We will teach them the basics of CrossFit and functional movement in an environment that is fun yet challenging. We will have a Nutrition chat at the end of each day where we take one big item to educate them on. For example: day one is water, day two is protein, day three is fruit and veggies, etc.
Time for the camp is 1:30pm- 3:30pm MONDAY- FRIDAY JUNE 19TH-23RD
June 26th- 30th for ages 12-14 years old
This camp will meet everyday for 1 week and teach your child the FUNdamentals of strength training and functional fitness. This camp is designed for kids with athletic backgrounds who want to become stronger and capable of lifting weights. We will have nutritional chats each session that teach them about fueling for performance in their sport. This camp meets from 1:30pm-3:30pm Mon-Fri.
